Abstract

This study investigated the relationship between strategic thinking, knowledge management capabilities and organizational performance through the moderating role of organisational culture. The study sourced relevant literature through google search engine and other related search engines. In the extant literature, the study discovered contradiction on the relationship between the variables. Based on these inconsistencies, a conceptual model was designed to demonstrate the relationship between strategic thinking, knowledge process capability, knowledge infrastructure capability and organisational performance. The research also depicted the extent to which organisational culture could moderate the relationship between the variables. Thus, strategic thinking, knowledge management capabilities and organisational culture have been conceptualized on the basis of Resource-based View theory. The model serves as basis for conducting empirical research in the future for organisations that want to implement the outcome of relationship between the research variables.
