Relevance of System Theory to Open and Close Systems in Organisational Management

This study explored the system theory and its relevance to open and closed systems in organizational management. The research provided an overview of the system theory, its historical development, and application in modern organizations. The paper analyzed the characteristics of open and closed systems, and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of each system.
